The Elite Four (四天王, Four Heavenly Kings) are four Pokémon Trainers who are regarded as the toughest in their regional Pokémon League, short of the Pokémon League Champion. Those who challenge the Elite Four must have won all eight Badges from that region, won the annual league conference, and face all four and the current Champion consecutively without losing to any of them.

The Hora Elite Four reside in Caspia City and accept challengers that win first place in the Caspia Conference.

Membership Edit

The following are the known members of Hora's Elite Four;

Name Type Specialty
Stark Flying
Mikayla Fighting
Niles Fairy
Dennis Ghost

Duties Edit

As the Elite Four of the Hora region, each member has a different group of responsibilities they preform outside of battling trainers who win the Caspia Conference. Whether these duties are regulated to them by the Pokémon League or are something they do on their own, is unknown.

If one of Hora's Gym Leaders steps down, and no one is able to fill their place, one of the Elite Four will take over the duties of that Gym until a new leader can be chosen by the Pokémon League. Additionally, members may take up other responsibilities. For example, Mikayla offers an exhibition match to those who win the annual Hora P1 Grand Prix in Phlox Town.

Trivia Edit

  • A trainer can challenge members of the Elite Four outside of official matches, however, only matches that are carried out against them after winning the Caspia Conference can be counted towards challenging Hora's Pokémon League Champion.
  • Each member of the Elite Four are considered to be Pokémon Masters.
