Honedge → Doublade → Aegislash ♀
Aegislash is Darkness's second known Pokémon. She has the ability to possess people and take control of their minds, which Darkness uses to force others into doing her bidding. Darkness often used it to create various illusions to fool her enemies, which, combined with it's Stance Change ability, makes it a formidable opponent. She first uses it to create an illusion of a Furfrou in order to trick Scarlet and leave her venerable to her mind-control. Darkness uses Aegislash to battle the rest of the group and later battles Korrina and her Mega Lucario, who's aura prevented her mind control. Due to aura rendering her unable to use her most powerful weapon, Darkness quickly decided to retreat and uses Aegislash's Teleport to escape. Darkness later lent Aegislash to Jessie for an experiment to test the limit of Aegislash's mind-control. Aegislash took control of 15 Sky Trainers, who attacked Serena and the helicopter the rest of the group were flying in. Knowing Aegislash was near, Lance Mega Evolve his Elec, who used Discharge to defeat Aegislash, sending it slamming into the ground. Jessie reunited with Darkness and gave her Aegislash back, pleased to know Aegislash can control even multiple people at once. Darkness reveals that she had trained and honed her Aegislash's mind-control skills since it was a Honedge, which was one of the reasons she had been so shocked Aegislash's mind-control had failed, which forced her to give Aegislash special training in preparation. Malva told Aegislash was needed to control the people to move the Xerneas tree to the headquarters. After coming back to the headquarters, Celosia immediately sent Aegislash to control all the prisoners, who attempted to escape the headquarters. Aegislash was later used alongside Darkner to briefly battle Yellow, but Darkness retreated to keep the townspeople under their control until Xerneas's tree reached their headquarters before their fight could evolve into a full-scale battle. She is later used to battle Korrina and Mega Lucario. Korrina had Mega Lucario attack Aegislash with Bullet Punch, while Darkness was pleased to battle a good opponent. In the end, Mega Lucario and Aegislash exchanged blows and both sides were defeated. Darkness, before fainting, realized Mega Lucario used Bullet Punch, to reserve its power to emit the aura and stop people from being mind-controlled. Celosia had her Aegislash attempt to create an illusion to fool Shauna and take control of her. However, Shauna pretended to be upset, as Korrina's Lucario came to defend her with the aura. After Darkness's Sableye was defeated by Shauna's Shauna's Skitty, Lucario used Foresight and Aura Sphere, which defeated Celosia and Aegislash. Darkness later used Aegislash in her battle with Serena, where it fought Sylveon, but was withdrawn by Darkness and used to capture Tapu Fini with its Slash, Teleport and Swords Dance, and was placed in charge of a large group of Doublade belonging to Darkness's Grunts. It later helped Darkness research Legendary and Mythical Pokémon by using to cause books to float of the shelves and into Darkness's hands.

Aegislash's known moves are Slash, Teleport, Psychic, Swords Dance, and King's Shield, and her Ability is Stance Change.
