Route 13 (Japanese: １３ばんどうろ Route 13) is a route located in the south-western half of Hora. It's eastern terminus is at Safflower City, and it's southern terminus is at Route 14. Like Route 5, Route 13 features variable weather conditions and long grass. Route 13 is the only location in Hora where wild Absol can be found. Pokémon Ranger's are a common sight on this route.

Route Description[]
Route 13 begins as an west-east route, a paved road snaking it's way throughout the entirety of the route. The roads here had recieved very little attention from humans, and very long grass grows through the roads in many spots. Both berries and Apricorns are found growing on this route. Due to the Route's winding path, several ledges are on it someone coming from the end of the route can hop down from. When one reaches the "halfway point" in the route, it begins to rain, with the occasional lightning flash and thunder boom. Puddles and mud are common in this part of the area. Trainers caught in mud tend to have their movements slowed.
