Jessie (ムサシ, Musashi) is a member of the Team Rocket trio that frequently follow around Silus and his friends through the Hora region. He travels with his teammates James and Meowth.

Character
The Jessie on this wiki is the same Jessie that appears in the Pokémon anime. Jessie's mother, Miyamoto, was a high-ranking Team Rocket agent. After deciding, alongside James and Meowth, that they no longer wanted to follow around Ash Ketchum and his Pikachu, Giovanni sent them on a mission to the Hora region, to establish a more credible Team Rocket presence.
They are initially seen trailing a young novice trainer, Jason Reid, but quickly lose interest in him, deciding instead to trail the young man, Silus, throughout his travels in the Hora region.
In P1 Grand Stand-Off, Jessie reveals that the group has stuck to their old habits of selling stadium goods whenever a local competition is in the area. And, as shown in First Pokémon Contest and a new Rival!, Jessie retains her moniker of "Jessilina" in order to compete in Pokémon Contests, with her goal being the Dahlia Grand Festival.

- Hora marks the first time Jessie has captured one of the starter Pokémon as one of her own.
- It is also the first time her "snake-themed" Pokémon has not had a poison type.
- In the continuity of Advance Frontier, Ash Ketchum never existed, and this, this Jessie is the incarnation that appears in Pokémon Yellow version.
